A deterministic C++23 market-microstructure research engine for Nasdaq TotalView-ITCH 5.0 replay, Level-3 order-book reconstruction, exact feature generation, and latency- and cost-aware IOC simulation. Includes Python bindings, cross-platform CI, sanitizers, fuzzing, and reproducible synthetic benchmarks.
